When you purchase a digital book, you receive a simple, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal use. This license entitles you exclusively to use the respective content online via your personal user account for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

 

Access is exclusively via our platform. Neither downloading nor permanent possession or export of the content is permitted.

 

Prohibited forms of use
The following are expressly prohibited:
– passing on access data or content to third parties,
– making copies, screenshots, printouts, or transcripts,
– storing or archiving content on external devices,
– publishing, distributing, or selling the materials,
– any form of commercial use or public display.

 

Any violation of these provisions will result in the immediate termination of the license rights and may be prosecuted under civil law.

 

Protective measures
Technical protective measures such as session tracking, IP analysis, and watermarks are used to prevent misuse. By purchasing and using the product, users expressly agree to these measures.

 

Price and validity
The price per online book is €40. The license is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and ends automatically. An extension is possible at the customer’s request, but requires a separate agreement.

 

Legal information
We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of misuse or copyright infringement. This may result in claims for damages, criminal prosecution, and permanent blocking of access.
