1.Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers via the website www.deutsche-sprache.com.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs depend on the number of books ordered:

• 1 to 3 books: €10 (within Germany)

• 4 to 6 books: €20 (within Germany)

• from 7 books: on request

• Shipping to EU countries as listed: flat rate €30

Pickup in Hanover: free of charge
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.

5.Delivery
We deliver with Hermes within Germany and to the following EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (excluding Greenland, Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland), France (excluding overseas territories), Italy (excluding Livigno, Vatican City, San Marino), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands (excluding overseas territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal (excluding Azores, Madeira), Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding island regions), Czech Republic, Hungary.

Delivery time within Germany: 4–6 working days
Delivery time within the EU: 6–10 working days

Payment
Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods offered during the order process.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our withdrawal policy.

8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory liability for defects applies. Claims for damages are excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

9. Digital Content
For digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires once the execution of the contract has begun with your express consent and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

10. Customer Account
You can optionally create a customer account. Access data must be kept confidential. In case of misuse, we reserve the right to block accounts.

11. Data Protection (Excerpt)

12. Vouchers and Discount Promotions
Vouchers are only valid during the specified period and are non-transferable. Cash payment is excluded. Only one discount can be applied per order.

Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Mandatory provisions of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
